About
Sara
Hello! My name is Sara. Since completing my Master’s degree in 2013, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s persistent worry, feelings of sadness, grief, or the lingering impact of past trauma. My work is driven by a passion for helping people move past these hurdles, especially traumatic events, and reclaim their ability to enjoy life.
I focus on creating a supportive and culturally sensitive space for healing, with specialized experience in trauma recovery, grief and bereavement, women’s health, and chronic illness. I am honored to work with a wide range of individuals; individuals I specialize working with include sexual assault, sexual exploitation, and child abuse survivors, veterans, first responders, individuals in addiction recovery, and the LGBTQIA+ community.
In my leisure time, I enjoy being with my family and friends, cooking, observing the wildlife in my area, going to art museums/exhibitions, playing games (both in person and video games), and cross stitching.
