About
Sara
I'm passionate about helping people find hope, healing, and confidence, no matter what they've been through. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted without fear of judgment. I believe therapy works best when it's a partnership, so we'll work together to understand what's getting in the way and build practical tools that fit your life. My style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are, celebrate your strengths, and gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you're navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you feel more connected to yourself, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my four kids and our extended family. I love being outdoors whenever I can, especially if it involves swimming or spending a day on the boat. At home, I enjoy slowing down with a good book, working on puzzles, or building LEGO sets—there's something satisfying about figuring things out one piece at a time. I also value the simple moments, whether that's laughing with family, exploring new places, or enjoying a quiet afternoon. Those experiences help me recharge and remind me of the importance of connection, harmony, and making time for the people and activities that bring us joy.
