About
Sara
Hey, I’m Sara - Over the last 11 years, I’ve worked with a variety of clients with concerns ranging from depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles, and trauma. I am an ally to the LGBTQIA+ population, immigrants, and anyone who feels like they are on the outside. Through both personal and professional experience, I have found I love supporting people through faith transitions/crises/deconstruction. I would love to help you in identifying your values and beliefs and figuring out how to live in alignment with them. I encourage personal growth, healing, and self-compassion.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my cute dogs, hanging out with family and friends, reading, watching a good tv show, and cooking vegetarian meals. I find joy in music, laughter, quality time with those I love, time in nature, and DIY projects. I am Japanese American and love my heritage. I attended LDS universities but am no longer practicing that faith and instead focus on living my values of kindness, hope for the future, and finding humor in daily life.
