About
Santana
Santana's goal is for therapy to be a positive and fulfilling experience. She believes that meaningful change takes time, an open mind, and a willingness to explore new perspectives. Her clinical style is experiential and tailored to each individual’s interests and strengths. This might include journaling, role playing, play therapy, take-home assignments, or art projects. She strives to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space, and I always welcome feedback about what’s helpful, what’s challenging, and how we can best collaborate.
In her free time, she enjoys reading and exploring creative outlets like journaling—and she is on a personal mission to become a successful plant mom! She strongly believes in the importance of self-care and balance, and carries that philosophy into her work with clients.
