About
Samantha
Hi, I'm Sam! I'm passionate about helping clients feel deeply seen, supported, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. I take a trauma-informed, client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and honoring your unique story. I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover new ways of understanding your emotions, relationships, and experiences.
When I'm not meeting with clients, you'll usually find me exploring San Diego with my fiancé and our dog, Hazy, checking out a new coffee shop or brewery, or reading a good book by the beach. I'm a big believer that movement is medicine, so I love staying active through yoga and running. I also value connection and community, and I believe those relationships (along with moments of joy, play, and rest) are an important part of overall well-being.
