She/Her
Samantha
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Samantha is motivated by helping clients feel deeply seen, supported, and understood. Her clinical style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion and curiosity. She takes a trauma-informed and client-centered approach, meeting clients exactly where they are and honoring all the parts of their story. She believes therapy is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover new ways of relating to your emotions, relationships, and experiences.
When she is not with clients, Samantha loves going on adventures with her partner and her dog, Hazy, trying out new San Diego breweries or coffee shops, or reading a good book by the beach. She's a big believer in daily movement as medicine and finds her dopamine boosts through yoga and running. Samantha also thrives on connection and community, and she loves spending time with people who ground and inspire her.
