About
Samantha
Hi! I'm Sam. I became a therapist because I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, heard and accepted without judgement. I value authenticity, curiosity and connection and believe therapy works best when clients feel safe enough to show up as their full selves. My approach is warm, collaborative and affirming, and I strive to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring life's challenges, building their strengths and working toward meaningful change at their own pace.
Outside of work, I enjoy weight lifting and strength training which have taught me the value of consistency, resilience and caring for my physical and mental well-being. I also enjoy painting, drawing, and spending time outdoors through activities like ocean kayaking. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I value creating spaces where people feel accepted, affirmed and free to be themselves.
