Hi, I'm Sam and I am a therapist here at Two Chairs (totally fine if you call me Samantha).
I believe therapy works best when the process is collaborative and authentic. I strive to create a space that fosters vulnerability and emotional safety by encouraging you to speak your truth. Yes, you can say all of the things you haven't been able to say out loud. I've been told by my clients that my personality comes out in session, this is intentional as I want clients to feel comfortable letting their personalities show.
Outside of work you can find me reading nonfiction, cooking (or enjoying!) good food, listening to true crime podcasts, or chasing my toddler son around—who, it turns out, is incredibly fast and has mastered the word "no." I also love relaxing on my patio while BBQing, attempting to grow things in my garden, and spending time with my family.
