About
Samantha
Hello, I'm Sam! I provide a supportive, collaborative space where we can explore emotions, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and take meaningful steps toward becoming your most authentic and fulfilled self. I take a flexible, individualized approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and adapting our work to your unique needs and goals. I enjoy working with adults who are curious about themselves and motivated to better understand their thoughts, emotions and patterns. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, a major life transition or simply feeling stuck, I provide a supportive space to explore what's happening and help build toward the life you are wanting.
I enjoy spending quality time with my loved ones, exploring new places and finding reasons to get outside. I'm a bit of a movie buff, and try to spend a little bit of time every day learning something new.
