She enjoys providing her clients with compassion and a warm, safe space to address their challenges. She combines depth-oriented approaches such as psychodynamic theory and IFS with evidence-based practices (DBT, CBT, EMDR) to support her clients in getting to the root of their issue while also implementing coping skills to create practical changes in your day-to-day life.
In her spare time, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her friends, traveling, and playing fetch with her cat, Pretzel.
