About
Roxanne
Hi, I'm Roxy! My practice focuses on guiding clients through life transitions, helping them move forward when feeling stuck, and building upon their unique strengths. I bring a mindful, present-focused approach to therapy. Together, our work may explore the intersection of systemic challenges, existential themes, and the ways in which your past relationships impact the present. I offer a collaborative space to process these complexities and facilitate meaningful change.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy creative writing, photography, reading, and music. My identity as a Jewish woman, the daughter of an Iranian immigrant, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community informs my dedication to inclusive, social-justice-oriented care. Living with chronic pain and illness also provides me with firsthand insight and fuels my passion for supporting others navigating similar challenges. To recharge, you can find me exploring local art museums or enjoying gentle walks in nature.
