About
Rosa
Hi, I’m Rosa! I care deeply about what your body is holding, not just the words you have for it, especially when anxiety or self-esteem struggles are weighing on you. My approach is integrative and flexible, so we’ll blend somatic tools with talk therapy in whatever way feels right for you in that moment. More than anything, I want our sessions to feel like a place where you can just be, no performing, no pretending you’re further along than you are because that’s where the real healing tends to start.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing with my dogs and cats or picking up a new hobby, lately that’s meant journaling with stickers, learning to cook, and teaching myself to crochet. My husband and I love wandering flea markets together, traveling, and trying new foods wherever we go. I come from a mixed heritage of Mexican American, Native American Apache (Mescalero), and Spanish, and that blend of cultures has shaped how I show up in the world, including in the therapy room.
