About
Rebecca
My approach is interactive and client-centered, I often use a combination of therapy types to uniquely fit your situation. I specialize in
cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), short-term solution-focused therapy, self-compassion
training, and complex grief therapy. I believe that you are the center of our work together and I work hard to help you reach your therapy goals. I believe
each individual has unique needs, and I work hard with you to help you develop resilience and emotional wellness.
I enjoy spending quality time with my dogs, we like to play ball and take beach walks. I love the ocean and beach and spend as much time there as possible. I enjoy reading, cooking and botanical research. I grow a lot of herbs and I have at least 10 different varieties of lavender growing around my home.
