About
Rebecca
My primary goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, confidential space where you feel heard as we focus on your healing and growth. I practice from a relational orientation which means I believe a strong, trusting connection between us is the foundation of our work together.
Because there is no 'one size fits all' approach to therapy, I tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I draw from a blend of evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness techniques, in order to help you navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, and major life transitions. I also offer specialized support for those navigating the deeply personal journeys of pregnancy and infertility.
Whatever brings you to therapy, we will work collaboratively at your pace. It is always a profound honor to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness.
I enjoy spending time exploring the Pacific Northwest, playing with my kids, caring for our aquariums and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
