About
Rebecca
Hello, I'm Rebecca! I’m motivated by helping people feel less alone in the things they are carrying. My style is warm, direct, curious, and human. I try to really understand what a person is feeling underneath the surface, especially the patterns they keep getting caught in with themselves, their relationships, and their past. I see therapy as a conversation where we slow things down together, get curious, and help the client feel more connected to themselves.
Outside of work, I love reading, music, traveling, and spending time with my family. I’m always drawn to learning new things and following whatever I find interesting or intriguing.
