About
Rebecca
Hey there, I’m Rebecca! I have a passion for mental health and aim to provide an empathetic, understanding and validating space that allows individuals to feel safe and supported. I work to intentionally create a trusting environment where people can thrive, and create positive change in their lives to meet their goals. I focus on Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Self-Compassion, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work in counseling.
In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in parks with my dog, growing plants, spending time with friends and family, creating art, and spending as much time in nature as possible!
