About
Rachel
I partner closely with clients to explore how their experiences have shaped their values, challenges, and sense of meaning in the world. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing upon a variety of treatment modalities and interventions. I offer a supportive space where clients can examine different parts of themselves, navigate life's complexities, and build on their innate strengths.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, live music, too many podcasts, playing around on the keyboard, and traveling locally and beyond.
