About
Rachel
Hi! I am a dedicated therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating a wide range of mental health challenges. Over the past 10 years, I have worked extensively with clients facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and emotional regulation. I believe that successful therapy is built on a foundation of trust, an open mind, and a willingness to engage in self-awareness and self-reflection. I take great pride in providing meaningful psycho-education, helping my clients understand the mechanics of anxiety and depression so they feel empowered throughout their journey. Together, we will trust the therapeutic process to foster lasting growth and healing.
Outside of the therapy room, I recharge by spending quality time with my family and friends. You can often find me out in nature, cross-stitching, or unwinding with reality television. I truly find joy in music, laughter, and nurturing deep, meaningful relationships.
