About
Rachael
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to high-quality mental health care that nurtures emotional, physical, spiritual, and social well-being. I provide an affirming and authentic therapeutic space where clients can explore their inner world, deepen self-understanding, and move toward healing and growth. My role is to walk alongside clients with care and respect as they navigate challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. My style is warm, inclusive, and collaborative. I use relational, attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approaches to help clients build self-compassion, heal protective parts, and access inner strengths. I specialize in supporting adults and young adults navigating trauma, grief, relational challenges, and life transitions.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cuddling with my three dogs, watching Dodger baseball games with my son, and taking trips to the snow.
