About
Porshia
I am committed to creating a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and taking steps toward the life they envision. My motivation for becoming a therapist stems from a genuine passion for helping others heal, grow, and recognize their strengths. I utilizes a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach while incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
During my free time, I enjoys spending time with family and friends, engaging in self-care activities, such as going to the gym. I also find excitement in shopping, even if it is window shopping. I love football and I enjoy watching from home or attending a live game.
