About
Paulina
Hi, I'm Paulina! What motivates me most is helping people recognize that they don't have to face life's challenges alone. I strive to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where we work together to better understand what's happening, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to help you feel more confident and move toward the life you want.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new coffee shops, reading, and playing video games with my daughter. I also enjoy being outdoors, gardening, and believe it's important to make time for fun, rest, and the people who matter most.
