About
Patrick
My name is Patrick, and my goal in therapy is to foster a deep human connection with clients, as coming to therapy can feel really daunting! I listen closely to each client's story, as I want to make sure I understand what is hard right now and how we can work together to help make life’s challenges feel a little more manageable. Finding ways to help support a client to live a happy and fulfilling life brings me great joy.
In my free time, I enjoy going on adventures with my children, exploring the city on my bike, finding shade in the forest, talking with friends, and cooking new food. I also like to dabble in a brand new hobby now and again.
