About
Patricia
Hello, I’m Trish. I enjoy working together with clients to slow down, understand their stories, and respond to life with more clarity and confidence. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I want you to feel understood while being encouraged to grow. Together we’ll explore the patterns shaping your life, build practical coping skills, and create space for real, meaningful change.
In my spare time, I love being outdoors. Gardening, hiking, and backpacking help me recharge and stay grounded. I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two tuxedo cats and enjoy being involved in my community through volunteering and local activities. One of the most meaningful experiences for me was teaching trauma‑sensitive yoga at the women’s correctional facility through Yoga Behind Bars, and I stay connected to my professional community through AAMFT (American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy), WMHCA (Washington Mental Health Counselors Association), and Yoga Alliance.
