About
Pallavi
Navigating life’s big changes isn't easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. My passion is walking alongside you through these moments, providing a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are. I see therapy as a true partnership. As your teammate, I will help you figure out where you want to go and build a practical path to get there. Together, we’ll honor your unique story and focus on your strengths to move forward with clarity, confidence, and peace.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me outside recharging in nature. I love staying active by hiking, swimming, and biking, and I find a lot of peace and balance in my regular yoga practice. I’m also a big reader at heart—there is nothing quite like curling up with a captivating historical fiction or diving into a great piece of nonfiction to learn something new. More than anything, my greatest joy comes from sharing meaningful quality time with the family and friends I cherish most.
