About
Olga
Hello, I'm Olga! I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can show up just as you are, without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. Life can get messy, overwhelming, and sometimes just plain exhausting. I want you to feel comfortable sharing what's really going on, even when it's hard to put into words. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I value honest conversations, genuine connections, and even moments of laughter when appropriate, while honoring the courage, growth, and meaningful progress that come with the work we do together.
I believe growth starts with understanding yourself, not being harder on yourself. We all have experiences that shape how we think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. Together, we'll make sense of those patterns, build on your strengths, and find practical ways to manage difficult emotions and everyday stress. I believe in celebrating small wins, giving yourself grace, and recognizing that progress doesn't always happen in a straight line. More than anything, I want you to leave therapy feeling heard, supported, and more confident in yourself as you work toward a life that feels more peaceful, balanced, and meaningful to you.
I enjoy spending quality time with my family, especially cheering on my kids at their soccer games on weekends! I enjoy being outdoors, taking my doggy for walks, working out when I can, and relaxing with a good movie, music, or book. I also love sharing laughter and making memories with the people I care about.
As a proud first-generation Latina, my culture, family, and community are a big part of who I am. I enjoy volunteering, supporting my local community, and finding meaningful ways to give back. Life gets busy, so I try to slow down, enjoy the little moments, and being intentional about how I spend my time.
