Noelle James
She/Her
Noelle
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
When you are faced with trauma, loss, relationship problems, or other life challenges, it is easy to isolate yourself, blame yourself for what you are experiencing, and to believe that things will never get better. As your therapist, Noelle will be your partner in your journey to healing. Noelle will hold hope for you when all hope seems lost, and help you rebuild your optimism through recognizing your strengths and resilience. Noelle will help you recognize and change negative, unhelpful thoughts, learn skills to cope with sadness, anxiety, anger, trauma, and loss, and learn how to build and maintain healthy, trusting relationships.
In her spare time, Noelle enjoys spending time with family, taking walks with her dog, going to the movies, or watching sporting events. She finds peace, joy, and comfort in these activities.
