About
Nikki
Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I enjoy building a strong, trusting relationship and providing a safe, non-judgmental space for all of my clients. I truly believe that healing happens in connection, and my role as your therapist is to walk side-by-side with you. Together, we will work collaboratively to support you, encourage you, and help you build genuine confidence in yourself. Our work will focus on identifying your unique strengths and embracing all of who you are—including the areas that need a little extra tenderness, improvement, and support.
I view therapy through the lens of family systems and early childhood lens, incorporating trauma informed care, psychodynamic, CBT, ACT strategies. Whether I am working with individuals, families, or couples, I help my clients understand how their early experiences and upbringing have informed their current development, belief systems, self-perceptions, and coping strategies.
Ultimately, our collaborative relationship is designed to help you build your confidence, manage difficult thoughts, assert healthy boundaries, and communicate assertively. My goal is to assist and empower you to grow in the direction of what you truly value, helping you build a life that feels deeply meaningful and fulfilling to you.
Outside of therapy, I have recently discovered a love for crocheting. It is a wonderful stress reducer and helps me connect to my creative side. I love laughter, popcorn, listening to music, watching movies, and most importantly doing these things with my family.
