About
Nicole
Hi, I'm Nikki. I am motivated by a deep commitment to helping you understand yourself more fully, connect with your emotions, and build the inner strength needed to show up authentically in your life. I aim to create a safe space where you feel truly seen and supported. Helping you discover a more empowered version of yourself is what drives my work every day.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, you can usually find me embracing life’s simple pleasures. I love spending quality time with my partner and our three beloved furbabies—our two dogs and one cat keep our home lively and full of love! I find so much joy in the little things, whether that’s savoring a really good cup of coffee, listening to my favorite songs on repeat, or baking delicious treats for my family and friends.
I am also currently on a personal spirituality journey, which has been a beautiful way for me to feel more deeply connected to nature and the people around me. To unwind and recharge, I love getting creative with coloring, diving into a good story, or binging crime dramas, cooking shows, and the occasional Lord of the Rings marathon. Lately, I’ve also been completely sucked into playing Stardew Valley during my free time!
As a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, I identify as a lesbian, and I am deeply committed to bringing my own authentic self into my life and practice. I believe that sharing our humanity helps break down the traditional walls of therapy, and I look forward to getting to know you and your story, too.
