About
Nicole
Hi there, I’m Nicole. My approach to therapy is based on building a strong relationship that feels open, authentic, and compassionate. Through loving accountability, I empower clients to build upon their own strengths and embrace their resilience to create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in working with anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, interpersonal difficulties, and life transitions.
I’m a Midwest-born gal, now living on the West Coast with my husband and cat, Billi (which means ‘cat’ in Hindi). I enjoy camping and spending time outside, dabbling in the creative arts (painting, singing, scrapbooking), and traveling to visit our international family. I find joy in the small, peaceful moments of the day - my morning coffee, noticing the birds out my office window, and moments of connection with my community.
