About
Nicole
Hi, I’m Nicole! I feel so fortunate to say that I genuinely love my career. I became a therapist because I believe that compassionate therapy tailored to your unique needs can be transformative, empowering, and healing. I specialize in PTSD and have extensive experience working with survivors of physical assault, sexual assault, childhood trauma, and complex trauma. I also specialize in bipolar disorder, using a specific type of therapy called CBT for bipolar disorder to help clients learn how to navigate and manage their symptoms. I have advanced training in CBT for psychosis as well. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and folks of all LGBTQIA+ identities.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually keeping up with my Kung fu training, folding origami, or whale-watching in my hometown, Monterey. Since I work from home, my adorable little dog sleeps at my feet during our sessions (best co-worker ever!). I enjoy warm mugs of tea, trying new foods, and making puns. I look forward to meeting you and starting our work together!
