About
Nicole
Hi there, I'm Nicole! I believe my most important role as a therapist is to be an unbiased and nonjudgmental source of support for my clients. I place a high priority on building trust within the therapeutic relationship through empathy, compassion, and humor. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process in which clients are the experts of their stories and I help effect change in a client's life by helping them recognize and process unhealthy patterns.
In my free time I can often be found reading or watching reality TV. I also love to spend time with friends and family, preferably while trying fun new restaurants in my area. I try to travel as often as my schedule allows and love learning about, seeing, and experiencing different parts of the country and world.
