About
Nichole
I've worked in many different settings over the last 9+ years providing clinical care. I believe that regardless of the setting you're in or background you're from, understanding your true self (identities, wants, and needs) is how you can achieve more lightness and brightness in your life. I work primarily from an REBT framework, where no thoughts or emotions are inherently good or bad. They're telling us something about what we need and we can process that in healthy or unhealthy ways.
In my spare time I love trying different cuisines, whether that takes me to a new part of the five boroughs in NYC or halfway across the world. I love visiting history and art museums, admiring what we can learn from the past and being awestruck by paintings, sculptures, and photography.
