About
Nayeli
Hola! My name is Nayeli. My motivation as a therapist is to help those who work with me to better understand themselves, work through challenges in collaboration, and provide them with the tools needed to achieve long lasting change.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I won’t tell you how you “should” feel. I’ll work alongside you to understand what you’re experiencing. I value curiosity, honesty, and empathy, and I’ll meet you where you are without judgment.
I want therapy to feel like a space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling more understood & equipped to live a life with intention.
In my spare time I like to engage in self help activities such as Reiki, learning about crystals and plants, reading, mindfulness practices and creating educational content for my page. When the weather permits it, I like to spend time out in nature hiking, gardening, going to the lake and overall being outdoors with my kids. I enjoy learning new cooking recipes and try to experiment with them on a weekly basis.
