Nancy enjoys providing a safe, nurturing space for clients to feel validated, as well as encouraging practical tools for grounding, managing big emotions, and enhancing interpersonal relationships. She approaches her work from the framework of the therapeutic alliance as the basis for meaningful change.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoys relaxing at home with her family and pets, spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Northern California, and sharing delicious meals with friends. She finds peace in close connections, nature, art, and music.
