Hi, I'm Nancy! My goal is to provide a safe, nurturing space for you to feel validated and seen. Studies show that the relationship between therapist and client is the best predictor for making sustainable progress. In sessions, I will both validate your experience and also provide practical strategies for the changes you would like to make. These tools may include grounding, emotion regulation, and enhancing interpersonal relationships.
In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing at home with family and pets (3 cats, 1 dog!), spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Northern California, and sharing delicious meals with friends. I find peace in close connections, nature, art, and music.
