About
Monique
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping adults navigate the complexities of modern life. While my experience spans across the lifespan, my primary clinical focus is supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and work-related burnout. I specialize in helping clients untangle communication challenges, low self-esteem, family conflict, and interpersonal difficulties, with a deep-rooted commitment to providing affirming care for the LGBTQ+ community and addressing diversity and social justice issues.
My practice is deeply collaborative, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I dynamically integrate Narrative, Person-Centered, and Strengths-Based approaches alongside Mindfulness practices. Together, we will work to dismantle old narratives, leverage your innate strengths, and build actionable tools for meaningful, lasting change.
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me exploring local restaurants, recharging with my family, or spending quality time with my pug.
