About
Monica
I believe in creating a warm, safe space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I work from an eclectic framework, adapting my approach to each person's unique needs and what works best for them. My practice is guided by encouragement and unconditional positive regard, helping clients build the trust and foundation needed for meaningful change.
When I am not engaging with clients; I enjoy caring for my four parrots, exploring nature, and making art. I'm passionate about baking bread, seeing live music, and spending time with my family. These creative and restorative practices keep me grounded and help me bring presence and authenticity to my therapeutic practice.
