About
Monica
I am a LMFT and I believe good therapeutic relationships are built on genuine connection and honest conversations. My approach is straightforward: I meet you where you are and work alongside you to untangle what's complicated and build something stronger.
Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, struggling with life transitions, or going through conflict, I'm here to help with what matters most to you. I believe people are capable of real transformation when they have support and someone willing to gently challenge them to do things differently.
Outside of sessions, you can find me spending time with my family, enjoying a good walk (usually with my schnoodle, Moose), rolling out my yoga mat, or catching up on a series that everyone's been talking about. These things ground me and remind me to connect, slow down, and care for my loved ones.
