About
Monica
My deepest motivation as a therapist is witnessing the incredible resilience of the human spirit. I believe that everyone has the capacity for positive change when given the right support and space. I truly enjoy working with my clients to facilitate growth and healing in a safe and empathetic environment, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward wellness.
My approach to therapy is warm, highly collaborative, and deeply deeply rooted in empathy. I view our work together as a partnership. I work with my clients to explore ways to navigate life's terrain and develop life-changing techniques to cultivate clarity and growth in addressing life's challenges. Together, we won't just talk about the hurdles you are facing; we will actively build a practical toolkit that empowers you to move forward with confidence and self-compassion.
When I am not in the therapy room, I believe in practicing the same balance and self-care that I encourage in my clients. I love spending quality time with my family, especially my husband, our children, and our beloved fur babies. Whether it is sharing a good laugh, listening to music, getting lost in a great book, or staying grounded through physical activity, these everyday moments are where I find my greatest joy and recharge my spirit.
