About
Monica
Hi, I'm Monica! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 15 years of experience and a commitment to providing compassionate care to clients of all ages and backgrounds in an affirming, inclusive, and safe space. My motivation as a therapist stems from a deeply-rooted appreciation for human connection and a passion for normalizing conversations about mental health. My approach is collaborative and grounded in gentle curiosity. I work alongside clients to deepen self-awareness, navigate challenges, make sense of their experiences, discover strengths, and create a fulfilling life that feels authentic to who they are.
Outside the therapy room, you'll often find me cooking, discovering new restaurants, traveling, and attending live music events. I identify as a proud, second-generation Korean-American, a caregiver, a dog mom to an energetic 3-year-old Aussiedoodle, a lifelong learner, a plant enthusiast, and a foodie at heart.
