About
Moet
I believes that mental health and well-being are possible for everyone. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC communities and those with intersectional identities. My approach is a combination of evidenced-based practices and utilizing self compassion to establish a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in which clients can explore their thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the world.
Outside of the office, I prioritize activities that allow me to express my creativity and recharge. You can often find me working on a new sewing project, roller skating, attending live music events, or tending to my plants. As a Black person, I am deeply committed to supporting BIPOC communities and I find that my personal interests in community and creativity deeply inform my therapeutic approach.
