About
Michelle
I enjoy the process of guiding clients to understand themselves through sensitive and collaborative exploration in a safe environment. I enjoy working with others to form a strong therapeutic bond, making space for what is needed and wanted, including celebrating, grieving, finding humor, accepting, and challenging the inner self. I find warmth in guiding a client to move forward in a way that feels true to where they are directing their path.
I enjoy spending quality time with my kids and spouse, running, going to the gym, enjoying nature, or watching a good movie and TV show. I find joy in laughter, music, relationships, and watching sports. I identify as a first-generation Mexican-American. In my spare time, I enjoy walking my pugs, hiking, and traveling.
