Michele Quanz

she/her
Michele
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Michele believes that meaningful change starts with an authentic therapeutic relationship. By focusing on connection and collaboration, Michele helps clients identify the barriers holding them back while highlighting their own internal strengths they already possess. Passionate about holistic healing, Michele takes pride in walking alongside clients as they embrace positive changes and reclaim their well-being.
When not working with clients, Michele enjoys filling her cup through being in nature (specifically the beach), and listening to live music. A firm believer in the restorative power of downtime, she loves the practice of mindfulness and gratitude whether it be art (noticing and creating), meditating in the sun, or sipping coffee.
