About
Michael
I believe that at the end of the day, we all want three things: to be seen, heard and valued. It is an honor and a privilege to hold a safe space where my clients can soften to reconnect with their most authentic selves, free of judgement and full of curiosity about all facets of their lives. In an increasingly disconnected world, the power of sincere connection and honest conversation cannot be understated. I’m looking forward to meeting you and joining you on your path to healing.
Outside of the virtual therapy room, you can generally find me cooking with a podcast in my ear or playing with my son. I also enjoy many different forms of visual storytelling, including but not limited to movies, TV, and video games. I also have a great appreciation for music, especially pop punk, jazz, soul, soundtracks/film scores & basically anything that came out of the 1980’s. I enjoy being in community among fellow fans at concerts, conventions and Disneyland. I identify as Filipinx/Asian-American. I am a cisgender, heterosexual male and identify as an ally of the LGBTQIA+ communities. Though I myself am not religious, I was raised Catholic and it is important to me to honor and respect the various ways in which my clients choose to engage with their faith/spirituality.
