About
Meredith
I enjoy supporting clients in developing new skills and ways to intentionally prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical health. I see therapy as a partnership with clients and desire to form a strong therapeutic bond with a commitment to a collaborative treatment process with client focused goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with family, spending time outdoors, and supporting local businesses. I look for the small moments in life as they are often the most joyful.
