About
Meghan
Hi, I’m Meghan! Throughout the past 15 years I’ve supported individuals with concerns ranging from feeling depressed and anxious about current life stressors to complex trauma. My practice is rooted in the power of relationships blended with body-based awareness. By blending relational insight with body-based awareness, I offer a warm, collaborative space to help you understand your patterns, regulate your nervous system, and build deeper connections to yourself and others.
In my spare time, I enjoy adventuring outside in the sun, snow and rain; spending time with my family and dog; and reading or practicing yoga. I am a former military spouse. I have been a massage therapist for 20 years and volunteer in my community at our local NAMI chapter, offering bodywork to support mental health.
