About
Megan
I became a therapist because I believe no one should have to navigate life’s most difficult moments alone, and I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I am especially passionate about supporting people through grief, serious illness, caregiving, and major life transitions, and my work in oncology and grief support has shaped my understanding that loss can take many forms. My goal is not to take away the difficult parts of being human, but to help you build the skills, self-compassion, and courage to move through challenges while staying connected to the people and parts of life that matter most.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, adult children, and grandchildren. I feel most grounded when I am outdoors trail running, hiking, or traveling, and I also enjoy reading, creating new recipes, cooking for people I love, and staying connected to spirituality, meaning, and gratitude.
