Megan is passionate about improving access to quality mental healthcare with evidenced-based approaches and helping people identify goals, learn coping techniques and focus on developing a pathway to a better quality of life. She believes that grief arrives from many different types of losses and that therapy can be a place of healing, support and unconditional acceptance.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys trail running, hiking and traveling.
