About
Megan
I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a place where they can be fully themselves without fear of judgment. Life can be overwhelming, and I know how difficult it can feel to ask for help. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as we work together through whatever you're facing. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I don't believe therapy is about telling you what to do or pretending to have all the answers. Instead, I see us as partners. I'll take the time to understand your experiences, help you recognize your strengths, and support you in finding solutions that feel right for you. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, self-compassion, and learning practical skills that make everyday life feel more manageable. Whether you're working through anxiety, past experiences, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'll meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique goals. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can feel understood, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our animals. We have several dogs and cats, and caring for them is a big part of my life. I also love creating colorful abstract artwork, spending time in nature, cooking, and finding opportunities to relax and recharge outdoors. I'm someone who values creativity, curiosity, and meaningful connection, and I try to bring those same qualities into my work as a therapist. I know that everyone's story is unique, and I'm committed to creating a welcoming, affirming space where people from all backgrounds and identities feel respected, valued, and supported.
