About
Mechelle
I tend to be serious when needed but definitely try to bring humor into my sessions when appropriate. I pay attention to detail, so I am very attuned to my clients and how they are feeling. Emotions come quickly, so it is important to be able to seamlessly connect with how my clients are doing. I place great importance on empowering clients, so I put a strong emphasis on identifying their own power to change into who they wish to be.
In my spare time, I enjoy hanging out with my dog Jackson and my three grandchildren, and watching sappy movies. She enjoys making others laugh, so she is not afraid to be silly.
