Mayela enjoys learning about her clients and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship in order to work toward their healing. She believes that empathy, compassion and a secure relationship with one’s self is the key to fostering a life of honesty and resilience. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach to meet clients where they’re at and provide the skills and guidance needed to reach their goals.
In her spare time, Mayela enjoys spending time with her dogs and caring for her plants.
