is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Matthew greatly enjoys creating a comfortable atmosphere for his clients in order to express themselves freely. Matthew is convinced that everyone has hidden strengths yet to be fully realized, and is often complimentary toward his clients. He also believes that therapists should not be robots, and thus utilizes a humanistic approach to therapy. Matthew takes pleasure in helping clients understand their feelings, develop insight into their problems, and then make actionable changes in their real life.
In Matthew's spare time he enjoys going to the gym, soaking up sun at the beach, analyzing themes in TV/movies, and playing Dungeons and Dragons. Matthew finds meaning through art, and may utilize quotes that he believes will be impactful to any relevant topics discussed in session.
