Mary uses a strengths-based approach to build resiliency and new pathways to understanding and resolving life problems, traumas and disappointments. She uses relationship-based therapies to engage, collaborate and reduce the challenges that people face. She also utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy along with motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques.
Mary loves family time with her husband, adult children and two young grandchildren. She is definitely a foodie and loves to try new cuisines. She plays tennis and pickleball regularly and enjoys walking with friends. To relax, she watches a movie or reads a book.
